Oh jeez, if you have the LSoH DVD, I suggest you go to the "Special Features" and then go to the "Alien Encounters", clicking on the "outtakes". They're great.
-----------
Okay. So Rick Moranis (Seymour) and Vincent Gardenia (Mushnik) are rehearsing the dialogue for "Suppertime". According to Frank Oz in the audio commentary, Vincent once accidentally said "secret dining tips" instead of "secret gardening tips". So they kept cracking each other up after that. That was one of the funny parts, just seeing Rick look all serious, then start laughing.
And then there's Steve Martin, in the blue room, on his motorcycle... lip-syncing to random audio clips. Like the "Oh my God!" from "Dentist!" song, the beginning of "Dentist!", I think something Bill Murray (Denton) says... part of Ellen Greene (Audrey) singing "Suddenly, Seymour"... and you can see him trying not to laugh.
Ellen's singing "Suddenly, Seymour" to Rick. "Suddenly, Seymour is standing beside me..." A pause. "Seymour, I forgot my lines!" And they just stand there, laughing.
Ellen's being told about what the plant's going to do during "Suppertime II", and she's all "...the vine is coming INTO my dress!?" So they rehearse it, she looks all freaked out as she stares at the vine lifting the hem of her dress like she's supposed to, then raises her head and starts laughing as she pushes her dress back down.
Now, for the deleted ending, where Rick's being eaten, there's a short clip of his feet poking out of Twoey's throat, and some guy in the background's yelling "But Seymour! What about the sequel!?" That made me laugh, trying to be quiet so I wouldn't wake people up with my giggles.
Again, the alternate ending. Twoey's pulling Ellen closer to it with its vines, roaring "Relax, it'll be easier Come join Mushnik and your dentist friend, they're right inside!" And, of course, Ellen's screaming. Then a gunshot is heard, and Ellen slumps forward. The clip then cuts to Rick, who grins as he lowers a gun, shrugging and grinning at whoever's off-screen, obviously trying not to laugh.
Alternate ending yet again. Rick's kneeling there, out behind the shop, Ellen on his lap. He then suddenly yells "MY LEGS!" and stands up while Ellen tries not to laugh. Apparently he had been kneeling there for so long his legs fell asleep.
During "Mean Green Mother", they have Rick redo the shot where he opens the drawer to pull out his gun. He opens the drawer... and pulls out a Ping-Pong paddle. Apparently the cast and crew played a lot of Ping-Pong on the set, and were playing a joke on Rick.
Also in "Mean Green Mother", where Rick's looking back and forth at the objects Twoey's smashing before it pulls the roof down- they're practicing that scene. "CLOCK!" Rick turns left. "DOOR!" Rick turns right. "FRIDGE!" Rick turns left again, then grins as laughter is heard off-screen.
"Why are you laughing?" he asks, obviously trying not to laugh himself.
They try that scene again. "CLOCK! DOOR! FRIDGE! RADIATOR!" A pause. "TELEPHONE!" Rick blinks, then starts to get up. "I'll get it," he laughs.

There's more, but those are the only ones I can think of out of the top of my head. They're hilarious.
