When I finish this fic, it will be posted on Fanfiction. I just don't want to start another fic and leave it unfinished, because I know many people read my fics and get annoyed at that (I even got a PM once, begging me to write the next chapter of a fic...) so, here's what I have so far. More will be written later.

"Jeez... what time is it?" Tim Burton, the Lord of All Things Halloween-ish, wondered.
Danny Elfman, the genius composer, looked at the clock hanging on the wall. "Seven-thirty in the evening," he said absentmindedly, then did a double take. "Seven-thirty!? No wonder I'm so hungry! We haven't eaten anything since this morning!"
Tim had a glazed look in his eyes. "The Nightmare Before Lunchtime..." he said slowly. "Danny! Grab a pen and a sheet of paper and start writing!"
"O... kay.." the composer mumbled, holding a pen in his hand. He stared blankly at the paper in front of him as Tim began to speak.

It was Halloween night, and all the customers had gone home. The inanimate food weren't inanimate at all. They were, in fact, alive. As alive as you and me. All of them- well, most of them, anyways- gladly obeyed their dairy-product leader, Jack "Cheese" Skellington, more commonly known as Jack Cheese. Their little town, Lunchtimetown, was filled with strange creatures, including (but not limited to) the two-faced Mayo, the evil scientist Doctor Frankfurter and his assistant Ice Cream, the Undersea Fish Stick, the Carrot Kid and his Carrot Parents. The food started their yearly song.
Fruits and veggies of every age
Wouldn't you like to eat something strange?

The place ruled by Jack Cheese
The food introduced themselves to the empty air, like they did each year. At the end of the song, they all bowed down to Jack Cheese as he danced past them. Jack was a long cheese stick, dressed in pinstripes. The ends were split into legs, and he had two arms. A gash served as hs mouth, and two small indentations were his eyes. He stepped forward after his dance, accompanied by a jar with two different colors (yellow and green) inside it. It was the Mayo, of course. "Jaaaaaaack! It was a great dance this year!" the Mayo said, the yellow mayonnaise showing through the glass.
