Name: Sailor Nightmare, Eliza “Ali” Marie
Description: To start she has long blonde hair, and in her Sailor Scout form it’s pulled a little back and out of her eyes by an ornate black headband. He has blue green eyes that switch between the two colors now and then, so one day they might be blue, and the next they might be green, and the next in the middle. She isn’t all that tall, just about five feet tall. In her human form she wears a variety of Halloween and band shirts, jeans, tennis shoes, and sometimes a hoodie. In her scout form, she has a tight fitting black girl’s tee with dark purple sparkles, a black pleated skirt that isn’t AT ALL short and black leather boots that reach up to her knees. She wears a silver pendant depicting a fairy riding a dragon with its tail wrapped around a crystal that changes colors depending on Laura’s mood and the way light hits it. It’s what she uses to transform. She’s not anorexic thin, but she’s healthy thin. She has psychic powers, can read minds if she concentrates hard enough, and is part vampire. She has that part of her under control, but it makes her skin very pale. She doesn’t have to feed as often as normal vampires, and she doesn’t kill humans she feeds off of. They just pass out for a bit while their bodies replace the blood they lost. She’s only fourteen, but she’s about four months away from being fifteen.
Personality: She is a very kind person, but if you get her mad, you’d better watch out! Nothing means more to her than her friends, fellow Sailor Scouts, and of course the lands she protects, the Holiday worlds and particularly Halloween Town. She often warns other Scouts against coming to Halloween Town, due to reasons I don’t feel like typing. If you think about it, you can figure it out. She never hesitates to jump into battle if her friends are in danger, but she almost always has a plan.
Bio: Not-so-long ago she was walking home from school, when she decided that she would take a short cut home through the woods. She got lost and stumbled into Halloween Town by mistake. Shadowfang found her and revealed that she was Sailor Nightmare, guardian of the Hinterlands and the Holiday Worlds they conceal. She took up her position spectacularly, defiantly much more impressively than Serena took her position as Sailor Moon. She jumped right into her first battles without hesitation, and to avoid catastrophe she has to sometimes remind Jack what happened the last couple of times he went out to find something new. One time he almost ruined Christmas and Sally and Santa were almost killed, and the second time Oogie took over Halloween Town. So you could understand her concerns. Not that anyone would take Halloween Town under her watch.
Faults: She has a short temper with people that annoy her and can be very impatient sometimes.
Strengths: She has very powerful psychic attacks and is very loyal to her friends. There is a very slim chance that she would ever turn evil, much less than her friends, and always thinks of a way out of sticky situations.
Weaknesses: Her most powerful and effective attacks drain her energy, and she can’t do too many psychic attacks consecutively. If she does it takes her a while to get her strength back, and depending on the attack, it can also make her pass out. Oh, and some of her powers require the use of her Rainbow wand, a wand with a red handle, a glass ball on top with a star inside that lights up and spins showing seven different colors when activated. It can appear in the form of a staff like Sailor Saturn’s, but it shines all the colors of the rainbow. It just depends on how she feels to how it appears. In an intense battle it’ll appear as a staff, in less intense ones it appears as the wand. The angrier she is, the faster the colors move.
Acquaintances: Sailor Twilight (Evil Sailor Moon), Sailor Midnight(Not a character here), Shadowfang, Moonlight, Jack, *Sailors Mercury, Mars, Venus, Jupiter, Saturn, Chibi Moon, and Sailor Moon(*Also won’t be in Halloween Town).

Forms of Nightmare Death Strike:
Nightmare Death Blade: Takes almost no energy to use. Conjures up a sword of psychic energy to attack the enemy with.
Nightmare Death Whip: Takes almost no energy. Conjures a psychic energy whip.
Nightmare Death Wind: Takes some energy, but not too much. Conjures a dark energy tornado to throw the enemy around a bit.
Nightmare Death Strike: Takes more energy than Death Wind. She can’t use it more than twice in a row without using all of her energy. It conjures a Psychic Energy storm, hitting the enemy with a powerful bolt of psychic lightning.
Nightmare Death Fright: Takes the same amount of energy as Death Strike. It conjures a black ball of energy. It grows and she throws it at the ground where it grows more and blasts toward the enemy, tearing up the ground it rolls along.
Nightmare Panic Attack: Absolute last resort move only! It takes nearly all of her energy, conjuring a fierce psychic storm that gets her out of traps, attacks the enemy, and frees any captives at one time. This happens because when she panics she unleashes all of her psychic powers and has no control. By the time their done she has no energy left to keep fighting, but she’s free of whatever she was caught in. Like I said, last resort only.
